Professional wellness devices for studios, spas and gyms

Ageing is not one problem.

It is a set of systems that change at different rates and for different reasons. Xermal supplies studios, spas, gyms and wellness facilities with professional wellness devices for the ones clients notice most: skin, pelvic floor and muscle.

The Position

The body does not age evenly.

Most conditioning technology is sold by category: a facial device, a body device, a wellness chair. That is a catalogue, not a position.

We organise our work differently: by the system a platform serves. Skin, the pelvic floor and skeletal muscle each change measurably across adult life, and each responds to a different kind of energy. Skin loses structure and clarity at the surface. The pelvic floor loses coordination and tone because almost nobody trains it directly. Skeletal muscle loses mass and recruitment quality across adult life unless it is loaded.

These are not cosmetic footnotes. They are the systems people actually notice losing. A facility that can work across these systems is not running a beauty menu. It is running a conditioning and recovery programme.

Skin is the only ageing system a person inspects every day.

In The Room

Every claim we make has to survive the studio floor.

Not a brochure, not a trade stand. The place where an operator has a booked session, a real client and a programme to follow.

The Systems

The systems we equip.

Each platform is designed around one system, one delivery mechanism and one operating workflow.

01 Hydrèlle console
System 01 · Skin

Surface, clarity and texture.

Skin is the only ageing system a person sees every day. It responds to cleansing, controlled abrasion, hydration, light and radiofrequency. No single modality covers it, which is why our skin platform integrates eight rather than specialising in one.

System 02 · Pelvic Floor

The system nobody trains.

The pelvic floor is skeletal muscle that most people cannot consciously isolate. It is almost never loaded on purpose in a normal training week, in men or in women. Focused electromagnetic stimulation reaches it without the client needing to find it themselves, seated and fully clothed.

System 03 · Muscle

Strength is a conditioning metric.

Muscle mass and recruitment quality decline through adult life unless they are loaded. It is one of the most discussed variables in performance and one of the least served by studio equipment. Our muscle platform applies focused electromagnetic activation through dual applicators.

On The Floor

Built for real rooms.

Footprint, turnaround and cleaning are evaluated as seriously as the technology.

Kinetiq is castor mounted, so one unit can serve more than one room.

Signature Technology

Eight technologies. One console.

Hydrèlle does not stop at hydrodermabrasion. Select any technology to read what it contributes.

An operator adjusting a console touchscreen

The point is not the count. It is that one console can carry a tiered session menu.

Operator Control

Control every step.

Automation is useful. Removing the operator is not. Every console we carry exposes the parameters that actually shape a session, and shows the operator exactly what it is doing.

Adjustable intensity

Set the working level for the modality in use rather than accepting a fixed preset.

Adjustable session time

Session length is set per programme and displayed on the console throughout.

Defined session stages

Stages are separated on the interface so a programme can be run consistently between operators.

Maintenance built in

Where a platform requires cleaning between clients, that routine is a mode on the console.

Design Principles

How we choose what to carry.

A platform enters the portfolio only if it satisfies all six.

01

One system, properly

Each platform addresses a single ageing system in depth rather than covering several superficially.

02

External by design

Nothing breaks the skin. Sessions run with the client comfortable and, on Eluvia and Kinetiq, fully clothed.

03

Operator in control

Key parameters remain adjustable and visible. Programmes are shaped by the people running the room, not locked by firmware.

04

Menu depth, not menu width

A console should support a tiered range of services so a facility can build entry, signature and course offerings from one asset.

05

Workflow realism

Session length, turnaround, cleaning and room footprint are evaluated as seriously as the technology itself.

06

Claims we can stand behind

We describe mechanisms and features. We do not publish outcome percentages or promise an outcome on a timeline.

On claims. The comparison above describes purchasing approaches, not the capabilities of any named brand. Where a specification appears anywhere on this site it reflects the configuration of the platform as supplied. Detailed technical documentation for a given configuration is shared on request with the file that supports it, rather than published as marketing copy.

For Facilities

What a partnership includes.

A console is the smallest part of the decision. What determines whether it earns its place is everything around it.

Programme library

Structured session pathways per platform, written for consistency between operators.

Operator training

Onboarding for the floor team, plus refresher material as the team changes.

Service and consumables

A defined support route and a clear consumables position agreed before installation.

Commercial modelling

Session pricing, course structure and utilisation modelled against your room and staffing reality.

A facility is not selling a session. It is selling the next twenty years.

Questions

Before you enquire.

Anything not covered here is answered directly. We would rather have a specific conversation than publish a generic one.

Xermal supplies professional skin, pelvic floor and muscle equipment to studios, gyms and wellness facilities: the Hydrèlle 8-in-1 hydrodermabrasion console, the Eluvia pelvic floor training chair and the Kinetiq muscle activation console. We define the positioning, the programme framework, the training and the support around each platform we carry.

Where you need technical detail or specification documentation for a particular configuration, we provide it directly rather than publishing it as a marketing claim.

Professional wellness devices for studios, spas, gyms and wellness facilities. The platforms include the Hydrèlle 8-in-1 hydrodermabrasion console for skin, the Eluvia seated pelvic floor training chair and the Kinetiq two-applicator muscle activation console, and new platforms join the portfolio as they meet the same standard. Each is professional equipment for trained operators, not a home device. Read the buyer's guide to professional wellness devices.

No. These are professional platforms intended for trained operators working in a studio, gym or wellness facility. Enquiries are handled on a per-site basis.

Because they map onto systems that change with age and that clients notice changing: skin, pelvic floor and skeletal muscle. Grouped by service category they look unrelated. Grouped by the system they serve, they form a complete conditioning and recovery offer for a single site.

Not as headline numbers. A percentage carries weight only when the method, the sample and the measurement travel with it, which rarely survives a marketing page.

We describe what each platform physically does and which parameters the operator controls. Supporting documentation for a specific configuration is shared during the evaluation process.

Xermal selects the platforms it carries, supplies them, trains your team and supports you after installation. Specification documentation for each configuration is supplied directly during evaluation, and new platforms are added to the portfolio as they meet the same standard.

A short qualification call, then a private demonstration or a detailed technical pack depending on where you are in the decision. We will also model the commercial case against your room count and staffing before anything is quoted.

Private demonstrations are arranged for qualified facilities and operators. Tell us which system you are building around and we will bring the right platform.
