What we say, and what we do not.

We publish this because it is the fastest way to explain how we write about our equipment, and because it is a commitment we can be held to.

Xermal supplies fitness and conditioning equipment

Every platform we carry is professional fitness and body-conditioning equipment intended for studios, gyms and wellness facilities. It is wellness and conditioning equipment, and we do not present it as anything other than what it is.

What we publish freely

Observable characteristics of a platform: its mechanism, its modes, the parameters an operator can adjust, what the interface displays, the physical form of the console and the way a session is structured. These are verifiable by anyone standing in front of the equipment.

What we will never publish

• Any claim that our equipment does more than what it physically does.
• Percentage figures, comparison photographs, or any statistic we cannot evidence.
• A promised outcome, measurement or timeline for any individual.
• An invented origin story, engineering history or research record.
• A comparison asserting that a named competitor product lacks a capability, unless independently verified.

Safe use and suitability.

Nothing on this site is personal advice. Information here is written for facility owners and for people researching a platform by name after seeing it referenced elsewhere.

Our equipment is intended for general fitness, conditioning and recovery use by adults. Anyone who is unsure whether an activity is right for them should speak to a qualified professional before starting. That is the same guidance any responsible gym gives before someone uses a piece of equipment for the first time.

Every platform ships with written safe-use guidance covering who should not use it and under what circumstances. Operators must be trained on that guidance, and checking each client against it before a first session is the responsibility of the facility, not of Xermal.

Availability, configuration and applicable local requirements vary by territory. Specifications are confirmed in writing at the point of enquiry and supersede anything stated on this site.

What happens to the details you send through this site, in plain terms.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the enquiry form: your name, role, facility, location, contact details and the content of your message. We do not ask for personal information about your clients, so please do not include any.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. That is the entire purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and the service providers that make the site work: our web host, where each enquiry is stored, and the email service that notifies us when one arrives. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form and we will act on it.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses WordPress.com Stats to count visits in aggregate, so we can see which pages are read. It runs no advertising pixels, no chat widget and no third-party marketing trackers.
