Conventional hydro-facial systems are understood around three things: cleansing, extraction and hydration.
Hydrèlle starts there and then keeps going. The console carries seven further modalities, which means a single studio floor can run a congestion programme, a hydration programme, a texture programme and a contouring programme without a second capital purchase.
The competitive argument is not that Hydrèlle does the same thing better. It is that the frame of comparison is wrong. This is a multi-technology skin platform, more than a hydro facial machine.

Three physical actions happen at the same interface, at the same time.
Rotation
A rotating working tip replaces the static tip used by conventional hydro systems. Rotation speed is set by the operator and maintains consistent contact across curved areas of the face.
Controlled vacuum
Vacuum level is displayed in kPa and adjusted during the session, so suction can be matched to the area being worked and to the client’s tolerance.
Solution delivery
Working solution is delivered at the same interface, which is what allows exfoliation, cleansing and hydration to run as defined stages rather than separate appointments.

Hydrèlle (also written Hydrelle) is an 8-in-1 professional hydrodermabrasion console that Xermal supplies to studios, gyms and wellness facilities. It pairs a 360° rotating hydrodermabrasion tip with seven further skin conditioning technologies on one touchscreen console, run by trained staff. It is professional studio equipment, not a retail skincare product.
A conventional hydro tip is static: the operator moves it across the skin and all of the working action comes from that movement plus vacuum. The Hydrèlle tip rotates, so rotation, vacuum and solution delivery happen at the same interface simultaneously. Rotation speed is a parameter the operator sets.
No. The modalities are selected per programme. Most facilities build three to five named services from the platform and use different combinations for each, which is how a tiered menu is created from a single console.
Studios, gyms and wellness facilities that offer skin conditioning and recovery as a paid service and want it run by trained staff on professional equipment. Hydrèlle is a performance and wellness platform, and it is positioned as such throughout.
Working solutions and tip components, depending on the programmes you run. The consumables position, including compatibility and supply, is agreed in writing before installation rather than left open.
The facility decides, because session length is set on the console for each stage. A single-stage express session and a full multi-step signature session sit at very different ends of the range, and most facilities name and price each length as a separate service.
A room with space for the castor-mounted console beside a couch, operators trained on the platform, and a supply of the working solutions and tip components your programmes use. Electrical requirements, dimensions and weight are set out in the technical pack for your territory, so the room can be planned before installation.
